Mike Gallenberger sells the wire in four foot rolls:

The only disclaimer coming to mind is my recollection that at least two different crown profiles were tried in the various eras of production.

For a refined Mojo, .045" is the correct size, right?

I've seen .045” variously reported to have been the "spec’d" height for all the eras of tangless Fly wire, despite the Ken-era '93-03 Fly frets being smaller than the NiteFly frets, and USM eventually consolidating the NiteFly jumbo fretwire to be used on the Fly SKUs, as well. The reality is that the demands of any fret job have you leveling to the top of the lowest fret, anyway. Please let us know how the job goes, and how the new wire compares to what’s on the Mojo.

Just to elaborate on what I referenced previously: A few years into the USM era, I recall folks on the Fly forum weighing in as to whether they preferred the era of Fly frets which were crowned to more of a point, or those which had a flatter “D”-shaped crown. I personally haven’t noted much of a difference between eras of frets beyond the Ken-era ones seeming to have a narrower/"vintage" profile (though I defer to VJ's claim that the frets USM eventually standardized are, in fact, larger overall). If it ever bothered me, I have diamond crowning files which are capable of reshaping a jumbo fret to a more narrow/“vintage” profile. Thankfully, I haven’t yet ruined a Fly that way.

I know VJ measured a Ken-era fret in this thread, but don’t recall seeing any other definitive measurements posted in the meantime.
