I have a couple of PDF guitars that I’ve really only used for teaching purposes (spell check just tried to make it porpoises) and I probably will phase that out next year. Posting here because I’m not really a motivated seller, but maybe someone h...

Re: Thoughts on the Southern NiteFly
Just like the Nitefly was called the Stratkiller, I'd say the same for the Southern as Telekiller. I was able to get all the Steve Cropper stuff out of mine straight into a Roland JC100 with no pedals. I haven't even taken it out of the case in over a year but if anyone wants to play some otis reddi...

Re: Battery compartment "in body" cover
I have an extra battery cover with the piece it fits into, all removed and cleaned up if you need to use it for fabricating something new. BUT... I have never ever had to change a battery mid-set. Mostly because I'm obsessive and keep testing them. I still haven't moved to rechargeable, though! The ...

Re: Is this forum for all Parker electrics, or just Flys?
Interesting. OK. Well last year before I schlepped everything onto a plane to fly to California and play for 15 minutes, I switched my setup to run everything electronic with lithium batteries. It took 2. I tested everything beforehand and my whole battery-powered system ran buzz-free for 3.5 hours ...

Re: Is this forum for all Parker electrics, or just Flys?
Ha ha! The Miscreant thread! I think even the all-unfinished wood ones like Notes uses can last as long as any Gibson from Kalamazoo, as long as they don't get smashed. Hopefully we can start again with this new space documenting wear and tear. Hey! Speaking of were and tear... the last we heard fro...

Re: Official Parker Guitars Website and Forum
We can maybe use the wayback machine to grab some archived pages from the old forum, but in all seriousness, wouldn’t it be better to contact us music and pay the site fees ourselves at least for a year to migrate the 15 + years of posts over to here?
