Re: tightening the cable plug - how?
Yes, It's the ONLY way to go. Tightening from the inside lengthens the apparent length of the barrel and will prevent the plug from fitting snuggly.

Re: Heaviest Parker guitar?
What Nitefly are you looking for? I'm mainly looking for one that has the thickest neck possible. And also a bridge humbucker as well hopefully, but that's not as important. Ah. I didn't know there were different sizes of necks on these guitars. I can measure mine. Where do you like measurements ta...

Re: Artist or PRS Hollowbody?
I'm very undecided at this point. I sold my Ibanez AS73 which was getting very little play time. I still have a fully Hollowbody jazz box from Ibanez, JB style but not same price category. Sounds pretty good. A little hard to play. But it has that nice woody tone. The Cort is intriguing. I'm sure th...

Re: Heaviest Parker guitar?
My 2005 Mojo was great. It was heavier than my Deluxe but still a great guitar at that time.
Now I have a Deluxe Hard tail that's under 5lbs and a Classic that's about 5.5 and feels "heavy"!

Wow. She's a beauty. Almost identical to mine - which I also love dearly.
Beautiful grain. I bet it sounds divine.
Congratulations!

Artist or PRS Hollowbody?
Yes I know, not much of a debate, but still ... Anyone here play a PRS Hollowbody? I'm a little torn right now. Of course, this is the wrong site to ask, but you guys are my buddies and I need some help. It's not like I can even try the guitars where I am! So I'm being tempted by the PRS Hollowbody....

Re: Parker Fly: Explained Video
Nice Andre! very comprehensive and informative.
Yes, I agree that the audio could've benefited from not including the room sound, but you did a good job of handling it with the added titles.

Re: My piezo is working through my wireless on my p36 only?
I was under the impression the piezo doesn’t work on wireless systems. I’m using the same wireless for all of my Parker’s. The other night, I just flipped the switch to piezo just because…and it worked. Doesn’t work with my fly or p38…I even checked the volume knobs to be sure I had the settings ri...

Re: NiteFly Restoration w/MIDI Over Bluetooth Controls
What did you use to block the trem? I’m looking to get rid of the spring and do the same just because I worry it’ll break one day On the mojo, all you need is a block of light wood cut to size. Place it in place of the spring and tighten the wheel. Your Mojo is now a hard tail. (Remove the whammy b...

Who's got a NItefly M?
I'm looking at options to get a guitar that can do a little more PAF-sounding tone than my classic (which is already pretty good). I was wondering about the NItefly M.
I'm not a huge fan of the thick Nitefly neck but I might let myself be tempted if the sound is good enough.
Any experience? Anyone?

Re: Looking for a nitefly p30/36/40
I still want to sell the P36 but I found something for you you could grab today at a great price:
https://chrisguitars2.com/product/2003-parker-p-38/
I’d get him to fix the piezo for $80 bucks and jump on this. You’ll have your guitar before I’m home.
And it you still want it I’ll get you the P36.

It’s in Germany. But it is a good price. The guitar looks to be in good shape too.
