Re: Springs
Thanks, Rimcrust that would be very helpful and kind. 🙏 We've done chemical and microscopic analyses on many broken springs from a wide range of years including a failed spring from the batch that Billy is selling now as 2022 springs. We do have a good understanding, now, of how and where these spri...

Re: Fly Output Jack Tightening Tool
Hi Greg—there are a few smaller projects like this wrench, vibrato arms, arm bushings, etc. that are in development and still something we intend to produce, but have taken a backseat to some of the larger FC projects.

Re: Vibrato Arm Bushing (refined)
I've had good experiences with Xometry —it's expensive though, and the parts don't always come back as what you might expect. Please let us know if you decide to go for this though! I'd tried to explore direct-purchase options for us with Shapeways a few years back, but it was way too expensive. If ...

Re: My Fly Classic needs repairs, and I need help
Thanks for these, Sholoosah . I have no personal experience with the tech work at Rudy's, but they seem to pretty highly regarded—depending on who the technician is, they may know Ken Parker . That being said, Ken has described the process here , so you can print that and give it to the tech when yo...

To clarify, you’re looking for a Fishman Powerchip, correct?

Re: “What’s This Worth?” Thread
Hi Goldtop 57 and welcome! You’re right that the asking price for Fly Supremes seem to start above $4,000 these days, but the amount they sell for above that number varies. It’s not easy to obtain accurate data, unfortunately. Our general recommendation here at FlyClone is to consider a price you’d ...

Re: Thoughts on the Southern NiteFly
I'm not totally sure I understand what everything does! Maybe this is the place for a newbie to ask a pro for a simple breakdown? I think the controls are similar to other NiteFlys in that the knobs are mag volume, tone, and piezo volume, and the toggle is mags only, mags + piezo, piezo only. I don...

Re: 3d models or blueprints of parker
Hi both— this is what we have so far. The Fly body geometry on that model is not verified as accurate and, in fact, I'm sure that it's not accurate. I'm not comfortable putting it out for download as-is, so I hope the Fusion 360 reference is sufficient for now. We hope to revisit this aspect of Fly ...
