Re: P44 with quiet piezo
Could be dry joint on saddle wires, maybe re-flow them to see if that rectifys issue. If not, they could be on the way out so would need replacing. Im currently dealing with this on my p44 pro. I thought the piezo was completely dead until I tried it with the amp turned up pretty loud and realized i...

Re: Does the Nitefly have the same truss rod design as the Fly?
Wasn't sure due to the imperial/metric differences from a far eastern manufacturer but they certainly look the same. On my parts list i only have listed Nitefly Capstan, none are listed under the P-Series section which makes me think it is the same or no-removable. Hopefully someone may be able to t...

Re: Does the Nitefly have the same truss rod design as the Fly?
Does anyone know if the Nitefly truss rod is the same which was used on the Korean P38? Did they use the same threaded adjuster at base of heel?

Re: Truss spoke wheel on P-38 broke off
These truss rod adjusters are wound on to a threaded end of the truss rod, not pushed on a hex piece. You may be able to drill two small holes on either side of the broken part and use some small grub screw drivers to turn it off the thread or use a small flat head screw driver to knock it round

Re: How to Fix a Truss Rod That Won’t Move
Sorry to blow open an old thread. Ken Parker Hope your well, Do you know what the truss rod thread size of a U.S Nitefly was on the adjuster end? Would these truss rod adjusters fit the Korean P38 truss rods? I have a feeling it wont due to imperial & metric sizing but thought i would ask as una...

Re: Bridge refinish
I've repainted a few Parker bridges. They seem to be painted rather than anodised/Electro coated.
A dusting of etch primer, black base and satin topcoat will suffice. 2k topcoat is harder wearing
Hope that helps

Re: My fly has fallen ill - please help
Could be dry joint on the board from piezo pickups. Looks a little messy.
You can always test the piezo saddles by desoldering the main bridge piezo wires and touching the hot and earth on a jack lead, tap the piezo element with small Allen key and see if you get any sound

Re: Wrong Tremolo Spaceing causing wrong string alignment
You should be able to loosen strings off, pop trem arm in bridge and while applying pressure to bass side push trem while treming, this should reposition bearing back in to post and move everything back over

Re: Fly piezo just stopped :-(
Hi
Not sure if you resolved the issue but on the older flys, if one piezo saddle goes dead, the whole piezo side shuts down. Try de-soldering one saddle at a time from rear of trem to pin point faulty saddle.
