Re: SD pickup thread screw info
I looked at a very similar one and made the presumption these "spring" types (which are the only correct size types I found) would probably be to narrow an outer diameter to fit in the holes already there. Maybe I've been too hasty though and should actually measure stuff!

Re: SD pickup thread screw info
I’m now reasonably convinced they’re a 5-40 UNC thread. Can I find any suitable brass inserts though? Nope. Anyone know where I could get some? Or selling genuine Parker ones? Else I think I’d have to get some custom machined.

SD pickup thread screw info
Hi all, I'm currently attempting to build up as close to a complete MaxxFly as I can out of random parts I have. (Wish me luck!) It's gonna get the Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz I have spare out my 2004 Fly Mojo. Anyone know exactly what thread the brass inserts are that the pickup pole pieces mount into? ...

Piezo users…
So, I’ve been a fly player for 30 years now. Always thought it kinda cool they have piezos, but never used them for more than a short novelty at home due to the music I play and owning an acoustic. as a result most of my flies are all modded so the piezo circuit is normally bypassed, then it doesn’t...

Re: Where does my bridge ground wire connect?
Thanks!
Yes, it's like the top one. I wasn't too keen on the idea of it between the spring plate and main bridge, so I've put it under the bolt head on the other side.

Where does my bridge ground wire connect?
Hi all, Got my 2013 Mojo here that's been in bits for a while. It's got the graphtech ghost system in. Currently re-assembling it and I'm slightly stumped... There's a ground wire that's clearly for attaching to the bridge. But where does it go? My other flies normally have a little PCB riveted to t...

Re: Thoughts on the Southern NiteFly
Yes, that's the controls above, although like most of my Parkers my SNF wiring is modded. So I have a push-pull piezo volume pot instead and with the push-pull out it's standard (works as above), with the push-pull in it bypasses the preamp so I don't need a battery (since I seldom use the piezos) a...

Re: Fly Pickups (Gen 1, Gen 2, and Other)
I was rummaging around in my Dropbox and found some general info on Fly/Nitefly pickups I had. Some is about standard pickups, some historical, some about retro-fits. Lots of it is stuff I copied/pasted off either the old Parker forum or other random ones. So a bit of a big disorganised "info d...

Re: Mojo Neck Problems/Repair
We have a tech resource thread which, so far, has only two vetted UK entries. If you end up taking the guitar to anyone, please update us with your experience; so the thread may be updated. P.S. Has anyone spoken to CA Guitarworks in a while? Their FB was last updated about 2016 I thought and their...

Mojo Neck Problems/Repair
Hello! Long one I'm afraid... The short version: my neck is buggered, anyone know who would be best to fix it? And what needs fixing? Preferrably UK-based, but based on the problem, might have to go further away for the right fix. And quite what may or may not need doing I could do with some advice ...
