Re: Carpal Tunnel Relief
I'm short on time right now, but read up on a Myers Cocktail. It's an i.v. infusion therapy that has done more for my bodies inflammation and general health than it has any business doing.

Re: Floating trem system feels "tight"?
Agree, check which slot you're in. Also, a shorter arm will absolutely make the trem feel stiffer, so start by getting that back to stock before I worry about a 9 spring.

Re: How worried should I be?
The top damage isn't instantly a deal breaker, more if a deal maker as far as negotiating a good price. The atrocity that is that neck however, honestly puts this into the "parts guitar" category for me. How it may or may not play now is a moot point, that neck has been severely compromise...

Re: NGD: 7 String Fly
Vj been holding out on me I see. Enjoy that thing man, I've been trying to get my hands on one for about 5-6 years now. All I get are scams, snipes, and ghosts. Had to get a Majesty just to have something to play, but my heart really wants that guitar. So much so I have a few grand just sitting in a...

That sounds more like an amp issue to me.

Sad to hear that. I enjoyed this thread and his posts. I'll throw my hat into the ring on completing his project fly for the family.

Re: WTB the thinner of the two SKB Fly cases
That's the case I have and I gotta say, I love it. I carry that and my Music Man Majesty, which has a HUGE case to each rehearsal, and it makes me really appreciate the svelteness of the Parker case each and every time.

Oh man this is fantastic. The amount of hoops I have to jump through to keep this working is insane. Hopefully springs aren't far behind.

Re: Artist or PRS Hollowbody?
A client of mine had a hollow body McCarty that is quite a nice instrument, and I'm not a PRS fanboy. They're nice and all, just not for me. I recall it being pretty light as well.

Re: Aristides
I'll chime in with my issue on Aristides that didn't even let me consider them. Lack of a proven track record with a completely composite laminate guitar. What I mean is, those guitars are all plastic, different plastics at that, bonded together in a very specific way and are essentially unrepairabl...

. He was adamant about the dangers of the paint process and I thought he was over the top but as he often says, it's one man's opinion. Do you have a link or at least do you remember what he said about it? Dangerous for the guitar or dangerous for the human? I do have an actual reason for inquiring...

Re: Not a Parker
Are you saying EBMM typically ships the guitar with the bar in, or that the Reverb seller simply left the bar in during packing just because the case closes over it? In either case, the situation caused by it is ridiculous; and I’m sorry to read of your experience. I bought this used from Reverb. M...

Re: Not a Parker
Disappointed is an understatement. The guitar was crushed in transit. The body and neck are fine, but the Majesty is designed to fit in the case with the trem bar installed. This meant when the crushing force was applied to the box and case, it pressed down on the trem arm at 90° to the top, knockin...
